Construction Snapshots
The Snapshots contain footage from an Equal project which provides training in construction. People on the course discuss the barriers they have overcome and the skills they have learnt. Use the Snapshots to help learners think about their own barriers and how they might be overcome. Also, encourage learners to explore their own skills and potential for a career in the construction industry.
There are two versions of the Snapshots: a learner version and a tutor version. Look at the tutor version first for advice on using with learners. Use the learner version in discussions with learners.
