Customer service Snapshot
The snapshot contains footage from an Equal project that supports people who are developing their communication skills for customer service in a variety of contexts. People on the course discuss how they have overcome personal barriers and obstacles to move forward with their own plans and ideas, and improved their ability to communicate effectively. Use the Snapshot to help learners think about their own communication skills and personal qualities and how these might be improved for whatever life or work plans they have.
There are two versions of the Snapshots: a learner version and a tutor version. Look at the tutor version first for advice on using with learners. Use the learner version in discussions with learners.
